Aproov.Me – “Aproov” Your Proofs in the Cloud

Running a business or a project can be a mess. A lot of things need to be done, and a lot of things need to be written down, or noted in some way. Sometimes And often you need to share all of that with a group, which is a whole other rabbit hole to plunge down. The aim of Aproov.me is, hence, to make things more organized, simpler and easier to share.
Organize This!
So what exactly is it? Well, it is an approval management platform, designed to help you and your colleagues review, track and “aproove” (no, this is not a typo) your work faster and more effectively. In a word, it is your virtual secretary, or office manager, depending on your title of choice. Once you upload a document you are working on, here called “proof”, you invite your colleagues or “stakeholders” to (re)view it. Then they can see what you have done and aproove it. Or not. What’s great about it is that not all of you need to go through the registration process to be able to access and review or approve files- if you are not the one doing the uploading, you don0t even need an account. And it works with Dropbox as well!
Well, one of you at least needs an account. After the usual registration-confirmation e-mail- log-in procedure, you will end up with a clean and simple dashboard. Four sections are self explanatory: Drafts, Pending, Aproovd and New Comments. If you are working on more projects at once, with different people, you can simply create separate groups assign stakeholders to them by typing their name, company and e-mail address.
Assignments And Invites
To add a “proof” you simply need to name it, add a description, upload it and set a deadline for your stakeholders. You can send a notification to your stakeholders by clicking on a little green rocket in your drafts section. They will be notified via email and receive a a password to access your collaborative work.
As the official “uploader”, you will have an overview of who aprooved what proof, and when all stakeholders aproove them, you too will be notified via email. So, if there is a lazy stinker, you and everybody else will know who that is.
Stakeholders have a slightly different dashboard, with just three tabs: Pending, Aproovd and New Comments. To make things even simpler, you can integrate Aproov.Me with Dropbox, which a really popular cloud service nowadays.
Organizing a project can be a pain in the ass and Aproov.me is simple, yet effective management platform that untangles some knots in that process. No matter if you are a professional, or you simply need it for a side project, this platform can help anyone to stay organized and on top of its plan.
